Yes, you can return your Growa within 14 days as long as it has not been used and it is returned in its original packaging. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return transportation, as well as being liable for any damage caused during transit.

Should you notice any damage to your Growa on delivery, you must refuse the delivery, instruct the driver to return it to us and inform us right away. If, after you unpack your Growa, you notice it is damaged you must take photographs of the damage and report it to us immediately.
